Wir haben beide mehrj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in der p\u00e4dagogischen Arbeit mit Kindern- und Jugendlichen, einschlie\u00dflich der Betreuung und F\u00f6rderung von Kindern mit besonderem F\u00f6rderbedarf und sind an der Goetheschule als UBUS-Kr\u00e4fte t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Zuge des Erlasses zur Umsetzung der\u00a0<strong>u<\/strong>nterrichts<strong>b<\/strong>egleitenden\u00a0<strong>U<\/strong>nterst\u00fctzung durch\u00a0<strong>s<\/strong>ozialp\u00e4dagogische Fachkr\u00e4fte (UBUS) zur Erf\u00fcllung des Bildungs- und Erziehungsauftrages an Schulen in Hessen agieren wir als Schnittstelle zwischen Unterricht und Sozialp\u00e4dagogik und\u00a0unterst\u00fctzen Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler unterrichtsbegleitend. Dabei ist es uns ein zentrales Anliegen die Kinder in ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen, sozialen und schulischen Entwicklung zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt im multiprofessionellen Team mit den Lehrkr\u00e4ften, sowie bei Bedarf auch in der individuellen Arbeit mit einzelnen Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern, oder in kleinen Gruppen.
